TriPeaks Solitaire deals 28 cards into three overlapping peaks and asks you to clear them by playing any exposed card that is one rank higher or lower than the waste pile, in either direction, regardless of suit. Every card you chain without drawing from the stock scores more than the last, so the real skill is reading which move keeps a run alive versus which one uncovers the most new cards. Draw from the 24-card stock when you are stuck, but on later levels you only get a single pass through it — just like the real game invented by Robert Hogue in 1989. How to play TriPeaks Solitaire

1. You start with three overlapping peaks of face-up cards (28 total) and one card flipped onto the waste pile from the 24-card stock.
2. Tap any uncovered peak card that is exactly one rank higher or lower than the waste pile’s top card — suit does not matter, and you can move up or down in the same run (e.g. 7, then 8, then 7 again).
3. A peak card is only playable once the two cards resting on it are both gone; clearing evenly across all three peaks uncovers new options faster than tunneling into one.
4. If nothing on the board matches, draw a new card from the stock. Early levels allow a couple of reshuffles once the stock runs out, but from level 6 on it is a single pass — run out of moves with cards still on the peaks and the hand ends.

Tips

• Chase long chains, not just any legal move — each consecutive play without drawing scores one more point than the last, so a 5-card run out-scores five separate 1-point plays by a wide margin.
• When two moves are both legal, prefer the one that uncovers two new cards over one that only uncovers one — more exposed cards means more chances to keep a streak alive instead of being forced to draw.
• Remember you can reverse direction mid-streak: if the waste pile shows an 8 you played from a 7, a matching 7 elsewhere on the board keeps the same run going instead of breaking it.
