General enquiries and support

contact@webgameplus.com

This is the only contact channel for WebGamePlus. There is no phone line and no live chat — email keeps a written record of every request, which matters most for copyright and privacy matters.

Response time: we aim to reply within 2 to 3 working days. Copyright notices and privacy requests are handled first. If you have not heard back after a week, send a follow-up — spam filters occasionally get in the way.

Language: English is best, but write in whatever language you are comfortable with.

What to write about

Report a bug or a game that will not load

The more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:

  • The game name, or paste the page URL.
  • Your browser and version — for example Chrome 128, Safari 17.
  • Your device and operating system — for example iPhone 13 / iOS 17, Windows 11 laptop.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot or short screen recording, if you can take one.

Use the subject line Bug: [game name] so it lands in the right place.

Suggest a game

Tell us the kind of game you want to see and what you enjoy about it — a mechanic, a puzzle type, a game you used to play. We cannot promise a build date, and we do not publish clones of trademarked titles, but suggestions genuinely shape what gets made next.

Copyright and intellectual property

If you believe something on WebGamePlus infringes your rights, email us with the exact URL, a description of the work concerned, proof of ownership or authority to act, and your contact details. Use the subject line Copyright notice. We investigate every notice and remove infringing material where the claim is valid. See the Terms of Service for the full procedure.

Privacy and data requests

To ask what data we hold, or to request deletion, email us with the subject line Privacy request. Note that WebGamePlus has no accounts and stores your game progress only in your own browser, so in most cases there is nothing on our side to delete — clearing your browser data removes it. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Advertising, partnerships and press

For advertising, sponsorship, licensing a game, or press and interview requests, email the same address with the subject line Business enquiry and include your company name and what you have in mind.

Before you write

A few things we get asked often, answered already:

  • Lost progress? Scores live in your browser's local storage only. Clearing browsing data, using private mode, or switching device or browser wipes them, and we have no backup to restore.
  • Need an account? There are no accounts on WebGamePlus, so there is no password to reset.
  • A game feels slow? Try closing other tabs and disabling browser extensions first; several extensions interfere with canvas and WebGL rendering.
  • Want to know how the site works? The About page covers what WebGamePlus is and how it is built.
