How to play Tap Arrow Away

1. Every level is a picture-shaped silhouette built out of arrow blocks, each pointing up, down, left, or right.
2. Tap a block to send it flying off the board in the direction its arrow points — but that only works if the path in that direction is completely clear of other blocks.
3. Tap a block whose path is still blocked and it will not move — that counts as a wrong move and costs you one of your 3 lives.
4. As each block clears, the hidden picture underneath is revealed at that spot. Clear every block to fully reveal the picture and solve the level.
5. Clearing 8 blocks in a row without a single wrong tap earns a bonus life back, up to your starting 3 — clean, careful play is rewarded, not just speed.
6. Run out of lives before the board is clear and the level ends — Try Again reloads the exact same layout so you can apply what you just figured out, or start a New Layout for a fresh shuffle.
7. Finishing a level with all 3 lives intact earns 3 stars; losing 1 or 2 lives along the way earns 2 or 1 stars. Your best star rating per level is saved.
8. Stuck? A limited hint (3 per attempt) highlights a block that is currently free to move.

Tips

• Scan the edges of the silhouette first — a block sitting on the boundary with its arrow pointing outward is almost always safe to clear immediately.
• Before tapping a block deep inside the shape, trace the straight line its arrow points along and check every cell in that line, not just the one right next to it.
• A block that looks stuck usually just needs one specific neighbor cleared first — work outward from the edges instead of guessing at the middle.
• Protect your streak once you are a few clears into it — a single wrong tap resets the count toward your next bonus life back to zero.
• If you are ever unsure whether a tap is safe, spend a hint instead of guessing — a lost life is much more costly than a used hint on a hard level.
