Bubble Tea Shop is a free online drink-making game that runs in the browser with no download and no account. The other kitchen games here are about time; this one is about recall. A customer asks for something like half sugar, less ice, grass jelly, large — the speech bubble stays up for a few seconds and then it is gone, and only then do you start building the cup. Every attribute you get right is worth part of the tip and every one you get wrong loses a third of it, so the pressure is entirely on what you actually remembered. There is a way out: Ask again puts the order back on screen, and takes ninety cents out of that cup. Knowing which single attribute you are unsure of, and whether it is worth paying to check, is the whole skill. Eight shifts build from two things to remember with a five-second window to five things with two and a half.

How to play Bubble Tea Shop

  1. The customer says their order in the bubble at the top. Read it — it stays up for a few seconds only.
  2. Once the bubble empties, the order is gone. Build the cup by tapping one choice at each station.
  3. The cup panel shows what you have chosen so far, and which attributes are still blank. You cannot serve until all of them are set.
  4. Press Seal & serve to hand the cup over. Every attribute is scored against what the customer actually asked for.
  5. A perfect cup pays $4.80 in tips. Each attribute you got wrong takes $1.30 off it.
  6. Ask again puts the order back on screen for one more look, and costs ninety cents of that cup. It is available once per customer.
  7. Later shifts add attributes — ice, then topping, then size — and shorten the window you get to read the order in.
  8. Reach the tip target before closing to unlock the next shift. Remembering every cup without asking is worth three stars.

Tips

  • Read the order in the order the stations are laid out. The bubble always lists the attributes in the same sequence the stations are in, which makes the two easier to line up.
  • Set the attributes you are sure of first. Half a cup built correctly makes it much easier to see what you are actually unsure about.
  • Ask again is cheap compared to guessing. One wrong attribute costs $1.30 and asking costs $0.90 — so if you are genuinely unsure of even one thing, ask.
  • But do not ask by default. A cup remembered outright is the only kind that counts toward three stars, and the target assumes you are paying for maybe a third of them.
  • Sweetness and ice are the two that blur together. If you are going to rehearse one thing while the bubble is up, rehearse those.
  • No topping is a real answer. It is easy to fill something in there out of habit and lose an attribute you actually got told.
  • New Customers regenerates the orders at the same difficulty; Restart Shift replays exactly the same ones, which is worth using once to see how much better a second pass feels.

Can I see the order again?

Once per cup, through the Ask again button, and it costs ninety cents of that cup’s tip. Otherwise the order is genuinely gone — nothing else in the game will show it to you again.

How is this different from the other shop games here?

Ice Cream Maker and Cake Bakery are timing games — a clock on a cone, a clock on a production line. Here nothing is racing you within a cup. The difficulty is remembering four or five specifics after the customer has stopped talking.

How are tips worked out?

A cup with everything right pays $4.80. Each wrong attribute takes $1.30 off, asking again takes $0.90, and a cup handed over in the last five seconds of the shift loses a little more. A tip never goes below zero.

Do I have to build the cup in a particular order?

No. Tap the stations in whatever order you like and change any choice as often as you want before sealing. Only the finished cup is scored.

What counts as a mistake?

Any attribute that does not match the spoken order — including one you never chose, which is why the cup cannot be sealed until all of them are set.

Is it the same shift every time?

Restart Shift replays exactly the same customers and orders. New Customers generates a different set at the same difficulty, with the same number of attributes and the same reading window.
